Whether you find him Delphic or demented, there’s still reason to check in with Bob Dylan. The hardest working enigma in show business visits Milwaukee every few years. This time, he’s on an arena tour that – among other things – is said to celebrate the 50th anniversary of his eponymous first record, which featured traditional folk songs like “House of the Rising Sun” and “Man of Constant Sorrow.” We’ll be looking for such examples of Dylan’s roots and songs from his recently released album, the fury-saturated Tempest. And also, before the growling starts, some beautiful atmospherics from former Dire Straits guitarist Mark Knopfler, who opens the show.
